About Kiwi's Cones
Kiwi's Cones was born in 2026 with one simple mission: bring authentic New Zealand-style ice cream to the people of Bellingham. We blend a creamy vanilla base with real, locally sourced fruit, the staples being strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. With no syrups, no dyes, and no shortcuts, one bite is never enough. Just pure, fresh fruit soft serve that puts a smile on your face. You can find us primarily at K2 Brewery (Kulshan Roosevelt), but we love showing up around town for special events. Have an event coming up? Reach out — we'd love to be a part of it!
About the Owners
Kiwi's Cones is the brainchild of two best friends, Joey and Daton. Daton is a Bellingham native who has always been proud to call this city home, while Joey made the move here in 2022 and fell in love with the community just as fast. The two met in college and have been inseparable ever since, and when they aren't scooping cones you can find them out and about on two wheels. Together, they turned a shared passion for delicious real fruit ice cream and good times into something Bellingham desperately needed, and they can't wait to share it with you, one cone at a time.
